My Approach
As a trauma informed person-centred Psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I support adults and young people from all walks of life who are seeking psychological and emotional health support. I am an Accredited ADHD Practitioner, graduate of the Red School Menstruality Leadership Programme and proud member of their Cyclical Business Circle. I am also an energy practitioner and have been practicing Breathwork for over twenty years.
Every trauma tells a story, and until that story is heard it can lead to people feeling invalidated, worthless, and experiencing shame. I will work sensitively with you as a compassionate witness to your story, without judgement, and with unconditional acceptance.
Processing deeply held loss, grief or trauma in therapy can be both painful and life changing. You will go at your own pace and share what only feels right for you, as YOU are the expert of YOU. My person-centred approach gives you the time and space to express your feelings and discuss your experiences openly, in your own words and in your own time.
'Our sense of self is anchored in a vital connection with our bodies. We do not truly know ourselves unless we can feel and interpret out physical sensations’

My Qualifications
I graduated from the Anglia Ruskin University with a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy (working with adults), and a DipHE in Person-Centred Counselling Children & Adolescents.
I am a fully qualified Breathwork Practitioner of the Breathing Journeys school of Breathwork, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and a member school of the International Breathwork Foundation.
I am a PMDD/trauma informed Graduate of the Red School Menstruality Leadership Programme and a committed member of the Red School Cyclical Business Circle.
Training and working with the Woman’s Trust, I helped women of all ages who were experiencing domestic abuse, overcome emotional and mental harm from narcissistic abuse, coercive and controlling relationships, codependency, sexual violence, and all forms of abuse.
I know and understand the different ways abuse can impact individuals and their sense of self - anxiety and depression, trauma, suicidal feelings, self-loathing, shame, and worthlessness.
