Do you feel like you don't belong?
Do you often feel like a chaotic misfit muddling through life - if you could just try harder, or change fundamental parts of yourself you could fit it and feel ‘normal’?
Have you been searching tirelessly for the ultimate solution to change all the ways you despise yourself, but you are still the same?
Perhaps you keep waiting for the morning you’ll wake up free from the excruciating existence of relentless self-criticism and despair?
Strategies and techniques are NOT the solution – they only add unnecessary pressure to the ADHD mind and body.
To live well with ADHD, we are missing the bigger picture if we are only focusing on symptom management, and altering or correcting ourselves.
This programme is different. It's for women with ADHD who are tired of trying to “fix” themselves. Instead of pilling on more tips and tricks, we’ll slow down and work at the root:
- Valuing who you truly are (not who you’ve been told to be)
- Untangling shame-based stories
- Nurturing old wounds that keep showing up in the present
- Unlinking ADHD challenges from your core sense of self
You’ll be guided through a psychosomatic method of change — deep self-discovery and therapy-focused breathwork — inside an intimate group of women who get it. Expect more grounding, self-trust, and the quiet power to move forward with clarity and compassion.
This programme is for women who:
-
Have ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) and want to better understand how it shows up in daily life.
-
Feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, shame, or “masking” and are ready for change.
-
Crave community and support from others who truly get it.
By the end of the programme you’ll:
-
Build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
-
Discover practical methods to support focus, energy, and emotional regulation.
-
Understand your ADHD wiring and learning to work with it..
-
Feel less alone, with the support of a guided group space.
Meet Your Guide
Hi I’m Hayley. I’m a Psychotherapist and Breathwork Facilitator specialising in ADHD.
When I received my late ADHD diagnosis at the age of 56, it was like the biggest lightbulb turned on inside me. It’s been a mixed bag of emotions; both an awakening to my own strength as well as a profound, grief-healing journey.
After years of chaos, shame and masking, I feel free to be me wholeheartedly, softening into the challenges of living as a woman with ADHD, rather than fighting them.
And now I’m passionate about helping other women with ADHD move from feeling stuck, lost and alone to finding self-trust, belonging and hope.
In my courses and one-to-one work I weave my own lived experience with years of study and training - including becoming a certified ADHD Practitioner - to offer a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to embracing neurodivergent wholeness.
Together we can repair the chaos, unravel the harmful, limiting beliefs, and heal the loss and grief that ADHD can bring.

My experience with Hayley has truly been life-changing, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. Over the past eight months, she has guided me on a journey of self-discovery and growth that I never thought possible. Through a combination of traditional talk therapy, somatic techniques, and breathwork, Hayley has provided me with invaluable tools to better understand myself and navigate challenging emotions. Prior to working with her, I felt overwhelmed by my feelings and lacked healthy coping mechanisms. Now, I feel equipped to face life's ups and downs with more resilience, self-compassion, and self-awareness. Hayley's expertise and kind-hearted, compassionate approach have made a profound difference in my life.

I wish when I was a teenager dealing with "my stuff" I had a "Hayley" and knew about breathwork and how it would help with my undiagnosed ADHD/PTSD. It has been a game changer for me now so thank you Hayley!

Hayley has had such a positive impact on my life, through her therapy work with me she has given me the space and support to process some difficult emotions, she has encouraged me to be open and embodied. Hayley has helped me to move on from coping mechanisms that no longer serve me. I can’t recommend her enough.
From the very first session with Hayley, I have had so many ‘lightbulb moments’ where I have learnt so much about myself. She gives me the space to explore my feelings and I always feel very safe. I’ve spent years trying to understand my thoughts and feelings and it feels that Hayley is what was missing on my journey!
What a beautiful 3 videos... you described my life basically... Looking forward to meeting you this Saturday at the London ADHD summit... I am really looking forward to it.
I would really love to have some sessions with you in the near future.
Finding, and working with Hayley has been truly life changing. I appreciate this sounds cliché but it’s the best way I can describe my experience. We have worked through my diagnosis for severe PMDD, past traumas, relationship difficulties, cycle awareness and self discovery. Hayley has helped me to become more attuned with myself, to find and harness my truth and become a better, healthier version of me.
I have learnt so much, I’m still learning, and I know Hayley is there to support me when needed. I’m truly grateful to Hayley for her time, wisdom and guidance, which has got me through some of my toughest times.
